R & D Engineering
& Design openings

The R&D Engineering Design position will include working
with CAD, SolidWorks and Moldflow FEA software. The sucessful
candidate for the R&D Engineering Design position will
be focused on R&D projects for both internal and external
customers. An engineering degree or equivalent experience
is desired. The position of R&D Engineering & Design
will report to the Manager of the Technical Development Center.
Candidates for the R&D Engineering & Design positon
should posses strong:
* Customer focus (internal& external customers)
* Team/Process orientation
* Communication skills (verbal & written)
* Focus on quality
* Abiltiy to work independently within a strong team environment
* Math skills
* Mechanical skills
* Safety focus
Candidates for the R&D Engineering & Design position
should have an engineering degree or equivalent experience.
CAD experience is required.
Knowledge of SolidWorks and/or Moldflow - FEA software products
plus project management experience are desirable.
Long fiber thermoplastic processing experience preferred.
