CPI, Composite Products, Inc. of Winona, Minnesota has become licensed by PlastiComp™, Inc. to employ the patented Pushtrusion® technology in its molding operations. CPI is a leading molder of composite materials and will use the Pushtrusion® technology to injection mold long glass fiber reinforced parts for structural applications.

According to Charles Weber, CPI CEO, “The Pushtrusion® technology enables us to utilize Direct In-line Compounding on our injection molding machines which will reduce manufacturing costs and maintain or improve finished product performance.” Weber added, “This license is another step in growing the operating relationship between our companies.” PlastiComp™, Inc.
